Parasites in the human body: photos of organisms.

Unfortunately, parasites in the human body are not a rare phenomenon today.According to the World Health Organization, more than 4 billion people on the planet are infected or suffer from parasitic infections.Such a massive infection can be explained by: the fact that the problem is underestimated, the fact that people know little about the problem, and ineffective diagnosis and treatment of patients.Let's talk about parasites in a little more detail, it will be useful.

What organisms are called parasites?

Who are called parasites?Parasite - (from the Greek name parasitos - parasite, parasite) - a lower plant and animal organism that lives outside/inside another organism (host) and feeds at its expense.

All parasites that live in the organs, in the mouth, under the skin of the body and that can cause human pathologies, can be divided into 3 large groups.:

1. Protozoa or protozoa.There are a large number of its types.But all over the planet, in different countries, it is possible to find species such as Giardia, Toxoplasma and Trichomonas more frequently than others.
2. Worms or helminths.This group includes worms such as: roundworms, pinworms, tapeworms, toxocara, trichinella, porcine and bovine tapeworms, echinococcus, cat fluke, etc.
3. Ectoparasites (infect from the outside): lice and ticks.

Larvae of the latter group affect humans very simply, but protozoa and worms are often discovered completely unexpectedly.Therefore, they will be discussed below.

Parasitic organisms: how to get infected

A larger number of types of worms live in the body for a long time and actively reproduce there, so the pathologies they provoke become chronic and repeat all the time.At the same time, the affected internal organs cannot function properly, the immune system suffers, the person becomes more vulnerable and quickly becomes infected.

As a result, the human body:

• Exhausted;
• It weakens;
• Allergic;
• There is poisoning with toxic substances.

These dangerous processes, naturally, develop gradually, but years of ignorance about the presence of the parasite in the body and, consequently, the lack of therapy, become the cause of serious diseases.How can infection occur?If you know how parasites enter the human body, you can protect yourself and stay healthy.

If we focus on the common pathogens in our country, the list of possible routes of infection in humans will be the following:

• Unwashed hands;
• Swimming in dirty water;
• Drink dirty water;
• Unwashed vegetables and fruits;
• Eating raw or undercooked meat and fish;
• When in contact with an infectious animal;
• During sexual or oral contact.

The organism in which the parasite lives is severely affected, which is why it is so important to identify the pest as soon as possible and start treatment.

How does the organism in which the parasite lives behave?

Depending on the variety, each type of parasite is located in a specific place in the human body, so the clinical manifestation is different.But it is possible to identify signs common to all helminthiases and some diseases caused by protozoa.

The symptoms, as the table shows, look like this:

1. Poisoning of the body.Intoxication may be associated with the vital activity of the parasite in the human body;It is the products it secretes that poison the person.Because of this, the patient has a headache, feels tired, feels nauseous, does not want to eat, and becomes irritable.
2. Allergic reaction.Rashes that come and go are usually not treated with dermatological medications.This can be a diathesis in young children.The diathesis can be explained by the fact that the child's body is affected by the toxins of the parasite.If a person suffers from allergic reactions, worm infection can provoke the most striking manifestations: swelling of the mucous membranes, spasms in the bronchi, etc.
3. Weight loss.This symptom is especially pronounced in children who seem to like to eat a lot, but do not gain weight, on the contrary, they lose weight and seem, one might say, exhausted.The reason for weight loss is again hidden in the competition for nutrition between the child's body and parasites.
4. Systematic hyperthermia.The temperature increase is slight: up to 37.5.This happens against the background of the fact that there are no symptoms of any disease.
5. Disorders in the intestines.This includes gas formation, constipation, diarrhea, rumbling, pain, and very black stools.Very often, these signs are confused with the manifestation of dysbiosis and are unsuccessfully treated with antibacterial agents and bacterial drugs.
6. Anemia.Parasites inside the body feed at their expense, so often the nutrients, macro- and microelements and vitamins consumed by the patient are not enough.The first symptom of deficiency is iron deficiency due to anemia, which manifests itself with signs such as pale skin and dizziness.
7. Change in food preferences, craving for sweets.These phenomena can also be explained by a deficiency of certain beneficial substances in the human body.

These signs are a signal to contact a doctor.Alarming symptoms should alert you and force you to go to the clinic.

Methods: how to diagnose types of parasites in the human body.

Humanity has learned to identify dangerous parasites.It must be said that any alternative method for detecting the existence of parasites in the body (for example, the Voll technique) cannot be considered a source of accurate information.

Therefore, one can rely only on the method of microscopic examination of feces, and more than once.

Specific blood tests should also be performed to determine the presence of antibodies against individual protozoa that parasitize humans.It is better to donate blood in specialized laboratories.

To avoid getting infected, it is necessary to follow basic recommendations.:

1. Don't forget to wash your hands with soap.
2. Make sure that when you drink water, it is boiled first.
3. Wash and pour boiling water over vegetables, fruits and herbs.
4. Don't swim in dirty ponds, no matter how tried and tested they may be.
5. Thermally process meat and fish.
6. Periodically wash children's toys, and it is advisable to disinfect those that were taken outside, for example, to the sandbox.
7. Pets can become infected, so it is necessary to systematically monitor them and, as a preventive measure, give them special cleaning products.

Doctors recommend preventing parasitic infections twice a year with medications prescribed by a doctor.You cannot prescribe these drugs to yourself, and especially to your child, because they are all potent and affect not only parasites, but also the functioning of the liver, muscle tissue and other body systems.Therefore, you should consult with your doctor about the possibility of using a particular medication and its dosage.The doctor will show photographs and tell in detail how to eliminate the parasite, which can be in the cecum, in the heart, in the eyes, in the lungs, in the bones, under the nails of women, men and children, in the skin and even in the brain.

Types of parasites in the human mouth.

Parasites in the human oral cavity provoke the development of dangerous pathologies.Their manifestation is always determined by their varieties, as well as by the stage of vital activity, their total number and secreted toxins.A variety of bacteria, protozoa and worms can live in the mouth.Their food is not the food left on the tongue or teeth, but the nutrients that the human body receives with food or skin cells.

Normally, these parasites multiply in the mouth.:

• Trichomonas;
• Oral amoebas;
• Diptera larvae.

Any parasite, whether in the intestine or in another part of the human body, forms a special clinic depending on its variety and number.General symptoms: skin rashes, symptoms of poisoning, weight loss, nausea, weakness.Parasites living in the mouth can aggravate existing diseases, cause tooth loss and the appearance of purulent plaque on the tongue and mucous membranes.The most striking sign is an unpleasant odor in the mouth.There may also be reluctance to eat.

It is possible to determine the presence of worms by certain signs: sore throat, itching in the throat, and movement is felt in the tissues of the pharynx.The doctor will provide a description of the treatment regimen and will also diagnose the parasite.Self-medication is contraindicated and can harm the body, especially in children.

Tapeworm: a parasite and its treatment

We all saw pictures of tapeworms at school.The tapeworm is a large parasite.The worms can reach a considerable length (several meters), they have a head, a kind of “valve” with suction cups and hooks, which allows them to adhere to the intestinal walls of the human body.If the body is infected with tapeworm, taeniasis or cysticercosis is diagnosed.You can become infected by swallowing the eggs or larvae of the parasite.

The clinical picture caused by the infection is as follows.:

• diffuse cysts;
• Allergy;
• Bacterial infections;
• Feverish condition.

Pharmacological treatment is based on the introduction of active components that are not absorbed by the intestine and kill the worms.It will be best for the doctor to tell you how the results are obtained and where they are obtained.

Removal of a bovine tapeworm, tapeworm, or other parasite should be performed by a doctor.It is important to remove the worm as quickly as possible, as it negatively affects the functioning of organs and systems.
